Ai Ogura is a Japanese Grand Prix motorcycle racer who competes in MotoGP for Trackhouse MotoGP Team, the 2024 Moto2 World Championship runner-up, becoming part of their 2025–2026 line-up alongside Raúl Fernández.

At 23 years old and hailing from Kiyose, Japan, Ogura returns to MotoGP on the full-spec Aprilia RS‑GP25, following a strong junior career and dominance in Moto2. In his first MotoGP Sprint race at Thailand, he finished P4 and followed with P5 in the main race, becoming the fastest non-Ducati rider.

Ogura signed a contract in July 2024, which will keep him with Trackhouse until the end of the 2026 season. He is the highest paid rider, earns an estimated $0.47 million, translating to around €0.40 million or £0.35 million per year, equivalent to about $9,200 ( about £6700 or €7,800 ) per week.
